Team and Business start with a 14-day trial, and you do not need a card to start it. Subscribe before the trial ends to keep the plan; otherwise the account continues on Free.
An app is a service that made AI calls in a production environment this month. Each is counted once, however many calls it made. The Usage screen lists the apps counted this month.
New apps beyond your plan are refused until you add apps or move to a larger plan. Apps that are already reporting keep reporting. To raise any included amount, add an add-on or change plan.
Yes. One account can monitor apps through the Shield360 SDK or OpenTelemetry, computers through the collector or the browser extension, or both. Every plan includes some of each.
An annual plan or add-on costs ten times the monthly price, billed once a year, so two months are free.
